PARK RULES

The well-being and safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority. We are following CDC guidelines and local health organizations to ensure we are providing a safe environment for all. We have high standards for the cleanliness of the park and are taking the following actions. 

  • Increased daytime cleaning to sanitize all high touch areas in addition to regular cleaning procedures

  • Technology that will disinfect the entire park 

  • Increase in hand sanitizing stations throughout the park

  • Card is preferred, but pre-booking online is recommended for a contactless check-in

Warning: The attractions at Stratosphere Adventure Park are considered extreme sports and are inherently dangerous activities. Participate at your own risk and jump within your ability. 

  • Do:

    • Always participate at your own risk. 

    • Always remove your shoes and wear Stratosphere grip socks

    • Always empty your pockets before participating. Remove all jewelry, cell phones, or any other valuables that may get damaged, lost, or cause harm to the participant or others

    • Always walk throughout the facility

    • Always be in control of your body

    • Always land on two feet and bounce in the center of the trampoline

    • Always be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar age/size

    • Always read and abide by Stratosphere rules posted next to equipment and listen to our Team Members

  • Don’t:

    • Do not jump, sit, or lie down on the padded areas

    • No climbing on the walls

    • No rough-housing, wrestling, racing, tackling, shoving, playing tag, etc.

    • No footballs or any other objects on the attraction areas

    • No touching or leaning on the nets

    • No touching top pads

    • No food, drink, or gum allowed in or on any attraction area

    • No belt buckles or studs on clothing. Please remove all keys, keychains, sharp or pointed objects from apparel and pockets.

    • Do not jump if a Team Member is not present

    • Do not throw balls at another jumper’s head or neck area

    • Do not take unnecessary risks

Guest Responsibility

For your safety and the safety of our Team Members, all Guests/Participants that are under 18 must have a safety waiver completed by their legal guardian or power of attorney. Before participating, all guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility to ensure the following:

    • Completed the safety waiver prior to participating  

    • Read and follow the rules posted at each attraction

    • Purchased jump time and have a valid wristband before entering any attraction area

    • If participating, you are in good health. Remember your physical limitations and don’t attempt any tricks that you can not complete independently 

    • Remain aware of your surroundings, watching out for others to avoid a collision

    • No smoking (including vapor pens) on the premise, no guns, knives or weapons of any kind

    • No profanity, be kind to others in the park

  • Tickets vary in price depending on the length of time that you have available to stay and enjoy all the fun! We offer sessions from 1 hour to all day passes and even monthly memberships for our frequent flyers.

  • Yes. All participants will need an electronic waiver signed prior to participating. For a quick check in, please fill out the waiver prior to arriving. If the participant is a minor, the waiver MUST BE signed by the LEGAL GUARDIAN. If you are bringing anyone that is under 18 years of age who is not your child, please have the parent of legal guardian fill out the form online prior to coming.

    *There is no printable waiver available at this time.

  • Yes! Stratosphere Adventure Park grip socks are required. You can purchase these socks for $3.00 at the location. These socks are reusable, so be sure to save them for your future visits.

  • All ages are welcome. To comply with safety standards, certain attractions are separated by age and/or size.

  • Please check the hours page for current hours. Hours can vary depending on various factors.

  • Yes! We host all sizes of groups from corporate events, school field trips to family reunions. Please email info@stratosphereadventurepark.com for more information.

  • At this time, we do not allow outside food and drink, with the exception of a birthday dessert for reserved birthday parties. There is a full cafe located in the facility with hot food items, snacks and drinks.

  • We offer a 15% military, first responder and teacher discount on all jump sessions purchased
